This is what you can do

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented team player to join our electrics and avionics team as a senior development engineer for the design, integration and certification of the Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) of our new aircraft.

You will complement our team with your experience in harness design and manufacturing to:

  • Create guidelines and processes for the development of EWIS
  • Update guidelines for the integration and installation of EWIS in the aircraft
  • Establish system safety for EWIS
  • Prepare EASA Part 21 compliance documentation (MoC 0–9) for EWIS
  • Participate in EASA panel meetings
  • Support qualification and ground test activities for EWIS
  • Develop technical solutions to in-service problems

You’ll bring this with you

  • Master’s degree in aviation with 10+ years’ experience in the industry
  • Experience of at least one new aircraft development program as a plus
  • Expertise in EWIS development and certification
  • Practical knowledge of EASA Part 21J and CS-25/FAR 25, especially CS-25 Subpart H
  • Open-minded personality with excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and German)
  • Structured and result-orientated thinking with a strong team spirit
